First, make sure you're signed in with the same account you purchased with. Then open Settings in the app and look for Restore Purchases. If it's still not showing after a restore, email support@theforklift.dev with the email or Apple/Google account you purchased under, and we'll sort it out.

FlexWord doesn't process payments directly. Subscriptions and purchases are managed through your device's app store: on iOS, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling there stops future renewals; anything you've already unlocked stays unlocked until the period ends.

Your history syncs to the cloud only while you're signed in and online. If you played as a guest and then created an account, or switched accounts, your old progress stays attached to the original account. Email us the rough dates and which modes you played, and we can usually trace what happened.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device and your history, stats, and achievements sync automatically. Guest (anonymous) play does not sync across devices, since there's no account to link them.

Email support@theforklift.dev with the subject line "PRIVACY REQUEST." We'll permanently delete your game history, stats, and achievements. See the Privacy Policy for the full details on what's deleted and what's retained.

Email support@theforklift.dev with your device model, OS version, and which mode you were playing when it happened. A screenshot of anything on screen helps a lot.

The main FlexWord app isn't designed or marketed for children under 13. For younger players, we publish FlexKids separately: no ads, no analytics, and no cloud data collection.
